Tell me a little about yourself?

My name is Ray Williams. I was born in Washington DC. As a kid I knew I wanted to be in the computer field by the way I was fascinated by the creation and graphics of video games. In middle and high school, I attended every Tech Ed course available and excelled with honors. Shorty after I enlisted in the US Army as a 31U (Signal Support Systems Specialist) furthering my IT career. After deploying to Iraq in 2009 I was hired as an IT consultant by Unisys for the US Marshal Service and continued to progress thereafter. 

What are your greatest professional strengths?

Time management, attention to detail, and project commitment. 

What are your greatest professional weaknesses?

Over analyzing projects. I've learned this about myself throughout my career and began to follow any and all steps required of me understand not to always do more of what is needed to complete a task.

What's your dream job?

Director of IT Operations. I would love the chance to lead an entire IT department to the next level enterprise.

What type of work environment do you prefer?

I would prefer to work in a well diverse group of professionals without losing ourselves to the pressures of corporate restraints. I believe you can maintain professionlism and office ethics without losing a sense of your personality. 

How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations?

I listen to the issue at hand with great detail and formulate a plan of resoulution.
